Erm, given that you need to be within a certain range of killed enemies to receive XP, and the hard limit on available XP in specific areas without zoning, this is actually impossible.

It is possible only one way. He hires a guild, gives them/him his account info and lets them powerlevel him. Roughly from what i have seen in drocks it would cost around 250k.
